DAVID HOLT

David 'retired', some 12 years ago, from the position of Area Manager with a major Clearing Bank. .

Since that time, he has established this successful Business Finance Consultancy and, also, his own Family Property Company.

The success of David Holt Associates has been built upon a dedication to providing a personal service to every client and a strict 'no success, no fee' remuneration policy.

FRANK HARRISON

Frank has extensive knowledge of the Business Finance market place.

A wide experience in Commercial Finance as a career Banker has been followed, in more recent years, by the satisfying task of caring, successfully, for the clients of David Holt Associates.

Frank also has 'hands on' experience by being involved in family manufacturing and wholesaling businesses.

DON ILINES

Prior to joining The Team, Don enjoyed a successful career of some thirty six years with a major Clearing Bank.

He has considerable Commercial Finance experience ranging from small and medium sized businesses to those listed on The Stock Market.

Don's particular specialities are Hotels, Care Homes and Property Investment.

Malcolm‘s experience prior to joining the team includes thirteen years with a major clearing bank culminating with the position of Director, Corporate IFA Business.  Malcolm also has many years experience as Director of his own Property Business and still enjoys managing a small (but select!) portfolio of properties.

His focus within David Holt Associates is developing business links with Business Introducers, in particular with Independent Financial Advisors.

David has spent 30 years working for a large Clearing Bank. He has worked in the Corporate and Customer Service sectors gaining a broad range of UK business experience. David is also the Managing Director of a Company that provides Operational Support to Businesses including Website design and maintenance.

This experience together with his personal attributes gives him the ability to provide first class support to both the Introducers and Associates of David Holt Associates.

Alan Mason

Alan worked in London for a major clearing bank for over 30 years.  His varied experience with both clients and credit control give him a wide appreciation of the needs of lenders and clients alike.  This experience has been supplemented subsequently with running a number of businesses and working with many others.
