SO - WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO?
1. Receive brief
details either direct from client or via
Acknowledged Professional Introducer.
2. Case is
allocated to an Associate who will
personally care for the client from start to
finish.
3. Proposal is
discussed on the telephone and a small
package of information will be requested.
4. Following
receipt of requested information a meeting
is arranged at a mutually convenient
location.
5. Following the
meeting, the Associate will submit a
detailed proposal to one or more preferred
lenders.
6. When an offer
of finance is received, this will be
discussed in detail with the client prior to
acceptance.
7. Having
accepted an offer, we will ensure that
matters proceed smoothly to conclusion.
