purchase of residential building site for £6.3m. Plus
£400,000 to assist with some costs and cover for 12m

negotiated later. 1.5% above base, 0.75% fee.

occupied commercial / investment premises

year term - £900k on interest only bases. tenants on short
term licenses to occupy. Interest rate 1.75% / Libor, 0.4%
